Why health is more important than money.journal about the experience and research the benefits and foundations of your particular practice. These are meant to be personal and address how the practice and course materials affected your life.
The Ah-Ha! Journal should be a 500-1000 word journal critically reflecting on your feelings, thoughts, and experiences.
You must include 1 peer reviewed source to support or challenge your experience.
- These sources should focus on the history and contemporary state of your practice.
- Sources should be in APA format.
- Sources must not be an opinion or blog articles but rather peer-reviewed or from a major or local newspaper (but not in the opinion section)
