- The program does not have to relate back to your population group/s (refugees/migrants). You just need to make sure you are effectively explaining the strategies of how and why the program promotes social inclusion and mental health amongst CALD populations. Therefore, could be a program for any specific cald population. If refugees/migrants that’s would be great. I found this program may be helpful

The mental health promotion programs will incorporate the principles of Melbourne charter (for example promoting the protective factors).
