INSTRUCTIONS
We focus on capital acquisition and how businesses raise the funds required to acquire land, buildings, and equipment. The unit will discuss capital investment decisions and capital budgeting. The lectures will cover the basic concepts of capital budgeting, including how to estimate a project’s cash flows and measure its expected financial impact.
