Introduction

Biological psycology is scientific study of biological process influencing both behavior and mind. It is therefore used as an approach conditions that are related to human conditions in which it gives methods and strategies to research on causes of human behavior being the most important discipline in relating natural sciences and humanities. In this paper we will dig out the relationship between biology and phycology in general. In other words the roles that physiologists play in better understanding of biology of mind of human race, importance of mind study and the importance of studying both disciplines . Biopsychology focuses on process of biology and how they interact with mental process, cognitions and emotions.

Psychologist has made different important findings on biological process in human beings. Such discoveries are articulated below:

  1. Discover of RNA interference, which focused on study of red color in flower petals whereby scientists discovered the genes that induce the pigment. Discoveries reveal that gene expressions reveal that gene expressions are controlled by RNA interference whereby a virus that affects DNA, and therefore gene expression is controlled (Kirmayer, 2017).
  2. Mapping human Genome this discovery was put forward in 2003 Importance of studying human mind and revealing that chromosome containing the genetic material that makes human beings what they are.
  3. Scientist revealed that brain controls the robotic limbs where this was tested in monkeys, electrodes were implanted in monkeys brain to control robotic arm and able to pick things including feeding itself. This gave a clear proof since human brain is almost similar to the one of monkeys.
  4. Scientist discovered that stem cells can be created from the developed and mature cells.
  5. Sheep species referred as dolly sheep was the first adult mammal to become cloned (Bilder & Howe, 2017)

Studying human mind entails social pressures, environmental factors and biological influences that influence the capacity to think, feel and act. Understanding this concepts clear as tied to psychology help people attain insights into their actions as well as understanding their fellow people’s  way of life and their behavioral characteristics (Stevens, Hogenson, & Ramos, 2018).

Neuroimaging is considered of great importance when it comes to information it offers to human beings since it answers questions that are difficult to answer. Placebo engages brain relieving mechanisms and the frontal cortex, most effective way for maintaining cognitive context that is responsible for shaping of motor and affective process. Studying brain make an evidence by which expectations impact human brain (Suedfeld, 2018).

Added benefit on neuroimaging, in situations where self-support is inaccurate, imaging provides measures that are direct concerning processing of a stimulus. Sometimes expectation may trigger pain for unknown reasons which are related to mental reporting bias; therefore it is evidenced by psychologist that the expectation will shape this pain experience, therefore bringing clear understanding on effects of expectations on the functions of the brain (Zuberbühler, 2017).

Queries about similarity and differences of mental process have been clearly explained and understood since definitive answers which are elusive, inferences have been argued on correlations in performance on emotions and physiological behavior. Neuroimaging gives detailed information

Learning and understanding about the mind without knowledge from astrocyte, this is associated with understanding and recognizing human performance. Brain data outlines detailed and clear information that cannot be gathered from the studies of behavior. Gives correct understanding on the mental processes that involve neurobiological processes involved in mind (Piaget, 2018). Functional process of brain provides a similar language in comparing and contrasting different situations such as emotion and attention (Piaget, 2018).

The study of man brain helps learner or researcher in understanding structure of emotions and executive control process such as anger and sadness. Negative emotions and anger activate the brain networks where different negative emotions affect mind in different ways (Stevens, Hogenson, & Ramos, 2018).

Importance of studying biology and physiology

Studying both biology and physiology helps us understand how trauma to the mind affects behavior of human beings. People prone to trauma are the most affected by mental illness such as stress, personality disorder and depression.

Assessing and evaluating the underlying similarities and differences in twins to know which characteristic is tied to genetics and which are associated to environmental influences. It makes researchers to evaluate the role of genes in development of mental disorder (Suedfeld, 2018).

Knowing and understanding how genetics and brain are associated to mental illness. This is suggested by disorders like psychiatric which affect the mind, bipolar disorders and schizophrenia.

Discovering how genetic aspects influence things like aggression. Some people are born with the behavior of being aggressive whenever they are wronged; this is result of the genes and can cause stress and even lead to fight (Zuberbühler, 2017).

Physiologist has been using the biological methods and theories to analyze psychological problems relating to human beings. In other words, biology has made psychology more meaningful.

Through biological view, physiologists clearly get to know and understand how mind and psychological process influence and determine the way people think and react to situation.

Conclusion

Biology plays an important role in understanding complex and hidden concepts of physiology. It is therefore important discipline in arguing and drawing conclusions of certain hypothesized and unclear meaning of some inventions made by physiologists since their arguments are based scientifically with proofs. However the knowledge of scientific theories and explanation are vital in arguing as far as physiology is involved. It is clear to conclude that the two disciplines are correlated and tied together.
