  1. Examine the company mission and core values.
  2. Conduct internal analyses (SWOT and core capabilities) to obtain updated information
  3. Evaluate the value chain, including supply chain, key activities, distribution, and markets
  4. Evaluate the company’s financial position, including resources, critical ratios, liquidity, and other factors relevant to the current and future success of the company. Pay attention to stakeholder/investor issues (if appropriate).

What is the company’s strategic situation relative to the COVID-19 pandemic (corona virus)?

Using the information from the first 5 questions, prepare a report that outlines the expected impact to the company from the global pandemic. Included in your report will be: the key factors for examination; the expected impact to the company; and potential mitigation strategies. Wherever possible, use quantitative measures to support your findings (i.e. sales figures, productivity, time lines, share value, etc.)
