Instructions
- Create a PowerPoint slide presentation on bands, tribes, chiefdoms, and states. Your PowerPoint presentation must include a title slide and a reference slide, including the full reference entry citation for, at least, your textbook.
- Include at least one slide each for bands, for tribes, for chiefdoms, and for states. You may include up to three slides for each, if you wish. Do not include more than three slides for each.
- Each slide or slides for bands, for tribes, for chiefdoms, and for states must include a paraphrase or a quote from the textbook on that form of societal structure and each slide or slides for bands, for tribes, for chiefdoms, and for states must include a real-life example from somewhere in the world. Fully explain, in detail, why the real-world example is, indeed, an example of a band, a tribe, a chiefdom, or a state.
- Make the presentation visually appealing. If you include images, be sure to cite them and list their full reference entry citation in the reference slide.
- Do not crowd too much text per slide. Use bullet points or shortened phrases, as needed, so as to avoid overcrowding sides with text.
- The slide presentation, including the title slide and reference slide, should be 6 to 14 slides, no more and no less.
